Terms and Conditions

Auravein Coaching LLC.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of auraveincoaching.com and your application to, and participation in, coaching services offered by Auravein Coaching LLC., a Florida limited liability company (“Auravein,” “Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or submitting a coaching application, you (“you,” “Applicant,” or “Client”) agree to these Terms.

Note: These Terms summarize the material provisions of our Client Coaching Services Agreement for public disclosure. If you are accepted into the Program, you will be required to separately review and execute the full Client Coaching Services Agreement before beginning coaching. In the event of any conflict between this page and the executed Agreement, the executed Agreement controls.

1. Coach Qualifications and Scope of Practice

Coach holds a certification as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and is currently pursuing the NASM Nutrition Coach certification and a degree in Health and Nutrition Sciences at the University of South Florida. Coach is not a registered dietitian, physician, psychologist, or other licensed medical or mental health provider in any jurisdiction.

All macro protocols, nutritional guidance, blood sugar balancing strategies, and supplement recommendations provided constitute general health and wellness coaching and education. They are not medical advice, medical nutrition therapy, or a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed physician, endocrinologist, or registered dietitian. Client should continue to consult her own physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding PCOS (PMOS) or any other health condition, and should not stop, start, or change any medication or medical treatment based on information received from Coach.

2. Description of Services

Subject to Client’s selected plan and full payment, the Program includes:

  • A personalized macro protocol with ongoing nutritional guidance and blood sugar balancing strategies;
  • Science-informed supplement recommendations, provided for educational purposes only;
  • A personalized strength training program, delivered and tracked through Trainerize;
  • Direct messaging access to Coach for questions and support, subject to reasonable response times;
  • Weekly check-ins, including review of progress photos and body measurements, with an optional live check-in call; and
  • Nutritional oversight through the connected MyFitnessPal ↔ Trainerize integration, where used by Client.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Services are delivered using Trainerize, MyFitnessPal, Calendly, Zoom, and Stripe, each governed by its own separate terms of service and privacy policy, which Client is responsible for reviewing and accepting independently. Coach does not own or control these platforms and is not responsible for outages, data loss, security incidents, or errors originating from them.

4. Eligibility

The Program is offered exclusively to women aged 21 and older. By applying, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have no medical condition that would make participation in strength training, nutritional changes, or supplement use unsafe, or that you have been cleared by a physician to participate. Coach may request medical clearance before beginning or continuing the Program if warranted.

5. Term, Fees, and Payment

The Program begins with an initial minimum commitment of three (3) months, billed at the rate disclosed at enrollment and charged via Stripe. Upon completion of the initial term, the arrangement automatically converts to month-to-month recurring billing until cancelled. Except as required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused check-ins, or early cancellation during the initial three-month term.

6. Cancellation and Termination

After the initial three-month term, Client may cancel recurring service at any time with at least seven (7) days’ written notice before the next billing date. Client may not cancel during the initial term to avoid payment obligations, except as required by law. Coach may suspend or terminate the Agreement for non-payment, misrepresentation of eligibility or health status, abusive conduct, or safety concerns.

7. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Strength training, dietary changes, and supplement use carry inherent risks, including muscle soreness, injury, and adverse reactions. By participating, Client voluntarily assumes these risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, releases Coach and Auravein Coaching LLC. from claims arising from participation in the Program, except to the extent caused by Coach’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Coach’s total liability under the Agreement is limited to the fees paid by Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Health Information, Photos, and Data Privacy

Health information, progress photos, and measurements shared by Client are kept confidential and used solely to provide and improve the Program. They will not be used for marketing or testimonials without Client’s separate, specific, written consent. See our Privacy Policy for further detail on how information is collected, used, and retained.

9. International Clients

Coach is based solely in Florida, United States, and is not licensed to provide health, medical, dietetic, or nutrition services under the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United States. Clients located outside the United States are solely responsible for determining whether participation in the Program complies with their local laws, and for seeking any locally licensed medical or professional care they may need.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and the Client Coaching Services Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, regardless of Client’s location or country of residence. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation for at least thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, seated in Hillsborough County, Florida. Client waives the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law.

11. General Provisions

Coach provides services as an independent contractor. This Program is not designed for medical emergencies; Client should call local emergency services for any urgent health concern. These Terms, together with the executed Client Coaching Services Agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program. Coach may update these Terms from time to time with reasonable notice. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
