Privacy Policy

Auravein Coaching LLC.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Auravein Coaching LLC., a Florida limited liability company (“Auravein,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information obtained through auraveincoaching.com and any associated intake, application, or scheduling forms (collectively, the “Services”). By submitting an application, scheduling a call, or otherwise providing information through the Services, you (“you,” “Applicant,” or “Client”) acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

In connection with the coaching application process, we collect the following categories of information directly from you:

  • Identifying information: first and last name, email address, and telephone number.
  • Eligibility information: age, submitted to confirm compliance with our 21-and-older program eligibility requirement.
  • Social media identifiers: your Instagram handle.
  • Location information: state or region and country of residence.
  • Employment information: employment status and occupation.
  • Health-related information you voluntarily disclose: information regarding your PCOS (PMOS)-related goals, prior efforts and challenges, and your self-assessed readiness to pursue coaching services.
  • Engagement information: your stated willingness and ability to proceed with and invest in the Program.

Should your application proceed, additional information may be collected through Calendly in connection with scheduling, and through Stripe in connection with payment processing, each as described in Section 3 below.

2. Purposes of Processing

We process the information described in Section 1 for the following purposes:

  • To evaluate and respond to your application for coaching services;
  • To communicate with you regarding your application, including scheduling a strategy consultation;
  • To deliver coaching services under the Client Coaching Services Agreement, if you are accepted and enroll;
  • To maintain internal records of applicant screening and enrollment; and
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not process health-related information for advertising purposes, and we do not sell personal information, as that term is defined under applicable state privacy law.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We engage the following third-party service providers to operate the Services. Each provider processes information under its own respective privacy policy and terms of service, which we encourage you to review independently:

  • Jotform, Inc. — application intake and form-response storage.
  • Calendly, Inc. — scheduling of strategy consultations and check-in calls.
  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. We do not directly receive, view, or store your full payment card information.

These providers act as our data processors and are authorized to use your information solely to provide the applicable service to us. We do not disclose your information to any other third party for independent marketing or commercial purposes, except as required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of Auravein’s assets.

4. Data Retention

If your application is not accepted or does not result in enrollment, we retain your submitted information for a period of up to six (6) months following submission, after which it is deleted from our active records. If you are accepted and enroll as a Client, your information is retained for the duration of your coaching engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter, consistent with our recordkeeping and legal obligations, as further addressed in the Client Coaching Services Agreement.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

  • Confirm what personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and contractual retention obligations; and
  • Opt out of further communications from us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time.

6. Eligibility and Minors

The Services and Program are offered exclusively to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years or older. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process personal information from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from an individual under 21, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

7. Data Security

We rely on the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards implemented by our third-party service providers identified in Section 3 to protect information processed on our behalf. While we take reasonable steps designed to protect personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
